Advancia was created because of the recognised need for sustained change which ensures women are consistently represented at all levels of company leadership.
Our Story
Â
Advancia was co-founded by three independent, ambitious, and capable women - Dawn Leane, Gemma O’Halloran and Jean Evans.Â
It embodies the journey that each of them took, from beginning their careers in corporate organisations to ultimately becoming entrepreneurs to gain the experience, opportunities and flexibility which we aspired to in their lives.
The solutions Advancia offers are a fusion of these firsthand learnings and 60 years of combined professional training and expertise.Â
At its heart, Advancia challenges what traditional leadership training involves and takes it to the next level.

Karen Ronan, Business Manager for Shannon Region Conference & Sports Bureau.
We have seen so many examples of people and companies "ticking boxes" and jumping on bandwagons but not Dawn. Her work is unique and inspiring and far from the patronising mistakes made by so many others in this space.
